Session 1 | Infield/Outfield Defense | 9:00 am – 10:45 am
Defensive skills at positions.
Session 2 | Hitting Skills | 11 am – 12:45 pm
Offensive fundamentals of hitting.
Session 3 | Pitching | 1 pm – 2 pm
Routine, mechanics, location and increasing speed/velocity.
Camp open to females in grades 7 - 12 and will be held in the Juffer Fieldhouse on the Northwestern College campus (300 8th Street SW, Orange City, IA 51041).
