The primary purpose of this camp is to provide high school track & field athletes with event-specific instruction in the sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws and 400m-800m runs. We will cover the basic principles of training in each event as well as proper technique and form drills. Our desire is to help athletes build a solid foundation in the technical aspects of their events for the upcoming track & field season.
